Shipping policy
Processing times
All orders are processed within one to two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Any order that is placed before 3 pm will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All domestic orders are free.
Within Sydney metro *typically* arrives in 2-5 business days.
Parcels traveling to nearby cities *typically* arrive in 3-7 business days.
Please remember that delivery estimates are a guide and Sol Thru Wear® does not guarantee these timeframes.
International Shipping Rates and Estimates
New Zealand orders have a flat rate of AU$10
All other international destination orders have a flat rate of AU$25
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at account@solthruwear.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTY & TAXES
Please note that Sol Thru Wear® is not liable for customs clearance fees that are required by your country, we also are not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs.
All prices online do not include any of these customs clearance fees. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order.
To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "Merchandise".
We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "Gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending it to a gift recipient.
We will not process a refund if you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees.
