Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All sale items are final sales and will not be eligible for return or exchange. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You are responsible for the cost of the return freight and the original order’s freight will not be refunded. All items must be returned in their original condition. All tags and hygienic liners must still be in place, as well as no damages or signs of wear. Items returned that are not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We carefully examine each product before being sent to you. We store images of what the product looked like at the time of shipping so that you receive the best of our products and minimise any faulty items.
If the item is returned because it's faulty, you have received the wrong item or not as described, we will pay return postage costs. This includes all of our products.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you want to return the item for any other reason within 14 days, you are responsible for the cost of the return freight and the original order’s freight will not be refunded. All items must be returned in their original condition. All tags and hygienic liners must still be in place, as well as no damages or signs of wear. Items returned that are not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
We accept refunds and exchanges on faulty items for up to 1 month of receiving the item.
Sol Thru Wear® is not liable for packages lost in transit or for packages that the customer has given authority to leave without a signature.
Payment refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, then you will need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
